THE CHALLENGE

Testing happens when an exercise is scheduled, not when the product is ready. Ranges are built for the army's calendar, so a supplier tests against the target that was available rather than the target it must beat. The result is a demonstration, not evidence.

PROPOSED ACTION

Helvetica Light is an easy-to-read font, with tall and narrow letters, that works well on almost every site.
