Establish permanent unmanned-systems schools and centres of excellence with funded Ukrainian partnerships, providing coordinated training for operators, engineers, maintenance personnel, instructors and evaluators, and systematically integrating operational lessons into training, testing and equipment support.
THE CHALLENGE
One-off training visits and static curricula cannot sustain rapidly changing unmanned-systems expertise. Ukrainian battlefield knowledge is distributed across institutions and requires structured, funded cooperation and systematic assessment before integration into national training and procurement processes.
