About the German-Baltic Defence Industry Conference

After the strong momentum of the first German-Baltic Defence Industry Conference (GBDIC) in 2024, the second edition in November 2025 marked an important step forward for the platform.

The German-Baltic Defence Industry Conference 2025 brought together over 300 participants and more than 40 speakers from Germany, the Baltic States and Ukraine. High-level representatives from government, military and industry discussed today’s most pressing defence challenges – including drone warfare, procurement and industrial cooperation, as well as security developments along NATO’s Eastern Flank.

The German-Baltic Defence Industry Conference has established itself as one of the leading platforms for defence cooperation in the Baltic region. The 2026 conference will focus on transforming cooperation into concrete capability development.

At the centre of the conference stands the strategic triangle between Germany, the Baltic States and Ukraine.

  • Germany contributes industrial capacity, technological expertise and access to capital.

  • The Baltic States contribute agility, innovation and strategic leadership on NATO’s Eastern Flank.

  • Ukraine contributes battlefield experience, operational innovation and a unique understanding of modern warfare.

Together, these actors can accelerate Europe’s defence transformation.

Join us as we continue the dialogue, deepen cooperation and shape the future of European defence together.

We look forward to welcoming you to the German-Baltic Defence Industry Conference 2026.

If you are a representative of the Ministry of Defence, the military, a partner of the conference or a speaker, you can also contact info.lt@ahk-balt.org to arrange admission. If you are an AHK member in the Baltic states please contact us for a special offer.
